Mining + Smithing rework designs

A lot of people have questioned the mining and smithing rework, and what is happening with the new secondary ores etc etc, so here are the links I've found regarding new designs of ores, bars and the ore combinations to make bars.

Just a nota bene, these design documents were written by a player about a year ago and may not reflect Jagex's current plans. Kohilaice based the documents on Mod Jack's presentation at RuneFest 2013 and fleshed them out a bit to make a RuneLabs submission.
