Since it seems several in the FC don't know, you can talk to Johanna at Lumbridge crater and get a bar crawl card, and get 15 or so medium lamps by the time it ends. You have to buy a specific beer from bars in specific towns and you get a lamp for each beer you buy. It has to be finished by Nov. 6, but you can go back and buy beers for days you missed.
