Ooh yum! So those potatoes, you boil them first then shallow fry them? At a guess? Or are they roasted in a little oil or something?

Spot on Tree Smile Boiled until soft but not 'brittle' then pan fried in a little oil. I like my wedges to crunch but you can stop frying anytime you like Razz

I did 3 small avos and half a large onion if that makes a difference Yord Razz I did do a lot of mashing after adding the the tomatoes too so the juices mix with the avocado to make the entire thing creamier Smile

Mmm yeh, the crispy bits are the best bits imo! I bet that treatment would do wonders for sweet potato too. The orangey colour of the potatoes in your photo reminded me of sweet potato.

Only the finest fake meat in town ;P

On the other hand, I decided to have a go making pizza this evening, however with me without a proper working oven, I used this ovenless-pizza recipe (only requiring a frying pan!) that I found online. Sliced vege sausages at the top.

Came out pretty good actually Smile

(Vegan btw, if I still need to say that Razz)

@Yord for one pizza I did 2 cups Whole Meal flour and ~4 tsp Baking powder Smile Roll it our evenly (I try to make the center thinner if possible) and press to the pan/dish on a little olive oil before cooking low-med heat.

Thanx for the compliments haha, I had quite a bit of fun on that one Very Happy
