| Hello everyone and welcome to the free form roleplay topic home of the F2P Mafia game! The goal of this game is to have fun in a slightly ridiculous, semi-serious manner. How the game works you are? Well, that's quite easily explained. There are several factions, led by a certain friend chat member, each having their own main goals. As a player you can freely interact, alter things the way you want, provided you do it in story form. I will guide from above and beyond, handing out tasks and quests to those who want. Of course you are free to engage with each other as well. The different factions:The Terror Trees:Ruled by the one and only Treemaid, this Treead runs a kidnapping and extortion racket. Focused on suddenly jumping people and dragging them off to their lair, the Terror Trees spare no one. Their strong suits are brainwashing techniques to make their victims join them, and use them to lure in even more people, or to simply kidnap others and demand a ransom for it. While seemingly harmless and peaceful, under their guise of slumbering inactivity lies the heart of a stone cold criminal. Based in Draynor, the Terror Trees often prey on noobs coming through and from Lumbridge and Port Sarim. The Mighty Mats:Run by the dangerous Mat Mase, this meandering of petty criminals specialises in vandalism (of fridges and other assorted household appliances) and petty crimes. Not a force to be underestimated, they tend to be overlooked in the grand scheme of things, giving them a lot more free reign than the other factions. After all, who cares about a pickpocket if a string of murders is happening? Having taken over the farm south of Fallador the Mighty Mats have proven to be more of a pain to nearby travellers than the Highwaymen. The Fiery Flowers:A hidden, out of the way organization ruled by the infamous Fe Flower as a queen, this smaller band of misfits tries to stay out of the way to avoid being seen as suspicious by the eyes of the law and other syndicates. Their specialty is none other than information brokering and illegal potions filled with forbidden substances. Like the Mats they are a minor group, but shouldn't be underestimated. Despite frail appearances the Iron Lady, as Fe Flower is often called, can pack quite a punch. Living in the Rising Sun in Falador, the Fiery Flowers watch all traffic coming through their area with great interest. The Lusty Leahs:In charge of everything PG rated and making the much younger Mighty Mats highly uncomfortable and certain others very comfortable, Mirai Leah has brought her multi-women (and men) army into Varrock and quickly did away with any opposition. Residing in the Blue Moon Inn, as regal as a Queen, she is in charge of what seems the most harmless and most legal operation of all the gangs, but appearances can be deceiving. She rules with an iron fist and her tongue lashings have left lesser men broken and running for their life, leaving behind honour, bearings and clothes if they were foolish enough to incur her displeasure. The Serene Sues:Trying to counter this flood of criminality in the world of Gielinor, the great and powerful Matriarch Sue has come to the aid of the world's poor denizens. Having commandeered the banana plantation and the bar at Musa Point, she and her many agents work tirelessly to bring the criminal scum to justice. Despite a corrupt system and being outnumbered by far, the Sues take pride in their noble goal and never cease to strife for the light to triumph once more in these dark times. Led by their Matriarch they set out with hope, knowing that her wit is the stuff of Legends and can ensure that all caught criminals will repent sooner rather than later. The Pummeling Pyros:A group that fits the definition of 'Chaotic' to a tee. Run by nobody other than yours truly, Floris, this is a small group that specialises in driving people up the walls through annoying puns, wit, and broad use of excessive violence. Their specific actions are hard to predict, but they are known to prey on the strong and ignore the weak. Cold-hearted, cruel, random, and highly entertaining to those not caught in their cross-hairs, the Pummeling Pyros are a force that can put the fear in all other organisations, for their assaults are sudden, unexpected and merciless. Having taken up residence in the palace of Al Kharid, they occasionally launch forays into the rest of Asgarnia. How to join the game: - Quote :

Faction: Short backstory: I need so I can set you off with a minor quest, a short story, or something to do in general. The game is set in the world of Gielinor but will be fully executed on here. It's a freeform style of roleplay, meaning you are free to interact with others as you see fit and there is no specific 'stat' system. You can join any faction you want, even try to switch factions if you so desire (beware, this will have consequences). I will occasionally hand out things such as quests, spawn events, or start a little gang war. I hope you will all be able to enjoy the game, and at the very least get a few proper laughs out of it. Participants: Treemaid Sarah Mat Mase Link Fan Palawag

| Oh what fun! This is going to be hilarious! Name: Treemaid Faction: Terror Trees Backstory: Orphaned as a young child, she learned to survive quickly, gathering a small bunch of street urchins around her. She quickly learned that there was more profit in baby snatching and ransom money than petty pilfering and was able to attract more misfits to join her little gang by a mixture of temptation and extortion. She relies extensively on her sources of information, to blackmail the rich and powerful, and to be aware of the whereabouts of possible future recruits for her gang, or victims for her extortion activities. To this purpose, she has a close working relationship with Fe Flower of the Fiesty Flowers, who as women in a tough man’s world of criminality, share mutual respect for each other’s achievements. Her faction, now a ruthless gang of experienced kidnappers and extortionists, are based in Draynor Manor. They protect their privacy through rumours of hauntings and planting living tree guards. Their office is in a room hidden behind the candle sconce, and victims are kept locked in the basement, accessed from a trapdoor in that room. |

| Name: Sarah Flower (Fe Flower/Flower Princess) Faction: The Fiery Flowers Backstory: Grew up straight out of Burthrope, as I grew up I saw the evil in the world, the goblins and trolls reaping havoc across the land, I said to myself that I must do something about this. Therefore, I joined the Imperial Guard under Commander Denulth. I learned many fighting styles through him and eventually faded farewell as I wanted to have a much more global impact on Gielenor. This led me to needing more followers, thus the Fiery Flowers rose from the ashes. Nobody knows for sure where we are currently located, as we have many different and difficult to find locations. My goal is to rid the world of goblins and trolls, through our hard work and community, we will win. To fund our endeavors, we specialize in top quality strength potion brewing and the finest wizard mind bomb you've ever tasted in your gullet. Treemaid is a close business associate and we provide services for one another, for a fee of course. |

| Name: Mat Mase (Born Matthew Te Mihini, but had since renounced his family name)
Faction: The Mighty Mats
Short backstory: Mat grew up in the small village of Rimmington where he was eldest of five sons to a mechanic and a baker. He was quite a mischievous boy, hobbies including evil things like sticking his toes into people's windows and wriggling them, pretending to be stuck in a hole so that his backside slipped out of his kilt, and trapping two praying mantises in a jar and forcing them to fight to the death... then feeding the winner to a Pukeko.
Over the years he grew more and more naughty (and strong thanks to the chicken god), eventually getting into pick-pocketing, appliance vandalism (he's got a thing for fridges), as well as killing noobs for their armor. This eventually lead to him gathering enough wealth to purchase a farm estate just south of Falador, where it is speculated that he is recruiting people for a sinister purpose... |

| Name: Link Fan
Faction: The Mighty Mats
Short backstory: Born to the Fan family, Link grew up with many siblings in Falador. The youngest out of the nine hundred and fifty five, he quickly grew to love mining. Sneaking in the dwarven mines at night to mine and sell ore for his poor family. Soon after, times became rough. The kind yet desperate link needed more gp to feed his big family, so he resorted to pick up on thieving.
He pondered on what to steal, then out of the blue a wrong chat was heard from a far. It was none other than Mat Mase! Jinxes were made and lol's were had, they soon after became good friends. Link decided it would be best to join his new friends gang, but at what cost.... |

| Name: Palawag the Scaliwag Faction: Terror Trees Short backstory: Nobody knows where Palawag originated from; rumor has it he appeared one day on Mudskipper point! He is mostly found digging around farming patches, rocks containing rare ores, or other random locations indicated by an "X" on treasure maps. Rumor has it, he is very rich; he must have found some valuable treasures, ores, or herbs He can usually be seen running around draynor or the mining guild with his brains running behind him, disguised as a scarecrow. It is said that this calculating character is so smart he doesn't have enough room in his head for them all! The scarecrow must be to scare away the beggars, or intimidate the rich to hand over their valuable maps for hidden treasures! |

| Friendly reminder to all: the only rule is to not godmod. So no one hitting enemies unless they're specifically weak, and no pulling magic broadswords out of your arses, and don't take control of another player's character (you can let them talk to move a scenario along, but don't make them do stuff they wouldn't do). Otherwise, go all out.
Treemaid: You are studying after action reports of the events of the last week when one of your cronies runs in. "My lady! They've captured Trevor! He was trying to kidnap one of the new adventurers that walked past Fred's farm when a patrol of guards from Lumbridge stumbled on him! I managed to narrowly escape, but they dragged him off to prison! Please, my lady! You must interfere! They'll only wait just long enough for a judge from Varrock to arrive before they'll hang him!" the panicky man begs.
Sarah: You are enjoying a casual afternoon stroll through Falador park, enjoying the calm and the surroundings. Despite the large amount of people out, two people catch your eye. Using your well trained infiltration skills you disapppear into the crowd on instinct and approach them, using the crowd as your shield. "You sure this stuff works?" one of the men, a young lad you recognise from the inn, asks his companion. The other man, much shorter but too tall to be a dwarf, looks around shiftily, making sure his face remains hidden in the cowl he is wearing. "Yeah," he replies, shoving a small vial into the young man's hands. "You drink it, you'll find your strength boost significantly. Just make sure nobody sees you with it. And you never met me." That catches your attention. The guy obviously isn't from your guild, and he is dealing in potions on your turf.
Mat and Link: The two of you had been bored due to a lack of interesting traffic, so when a new ship sailed into port the news of it sent the two of you running to Port Sarim to scout it out. You stayed out of the busy parts of the port, hanging around the beach and trying to get a good look in while staying as far away from the prison as possible. The crew seems to be a weird motley of random people, but your attention is drawn to a Black Knight commanding the rest of the crew, who are obviously not knights, around. They seem to be loading rather expensive, and fragile, cargo.
Palawag: Following the lure of treasure in the form of a caravan guard who seemed to be extra-ordinarily friendly with every guard and merchant he encountered, you arrive at the gate of Al Kharid. You shrug off the common sense that you shouldn't venture into this territory, as the Pummeling Pyros are rumoured to lurk there and you aren't heading in to hire them. Still, the amount of money that the guard received from merchants and other guards made you threw caution to the wind and now you stand at the gate with the caravan, three merchants and one guard beside the one you're after, and six pack mules, mulling around and talking to the Al Kharidian gatekeepers. |
