My attempt at making Treemaid's bacon pasta (with vegan ingredients). Looks a lot less like pasta now, but tastes great!
Sorry for the awful picture quality though, I let my sister borrow my photography camera for her silly girl photos, I'll probs grab it this weekend though Also, thanks for the recipe Tree, as well as the tips Sue, Sarah, and Floris


Ingredients:
- Pappardelle
- Vege imitation meat (I used "pork")
- Sugarsnaps (chopped into quarters) I would have used mushrooms but there wasn't enough colour in this pasta with the lack of tomatoes.
- Diced onions
- Olive oil

For the cream
- Crushed pine nuts
- Soya milk
- Olive oil
- Onion chunks
Let simmer in the frying pan until creamy.

Ooh that looks so tasty! I don't think I can justify calling it 'my recipe' anymore though, since your ingredients are so different. lol

Forgot to add that I used salt (obviously) and added a dash of vinegar to the 'cream' to give it a more 'congealed' creamier texture

Not the most clean run, but simply putting the idea out there, that it is entirely possible to solo nexus if you have a decently sized screen! Perhaps someone can start a grotesque bone leeching service? ;P
