Runefest 2017 F2P Reveals

Didn't watch the stream? No problem, here are some of the F2P reveals from yesterday's Runefest Livestream!


Dimention of the damned:
- F2P and P2P Co-op minigame
- PVM Survival mode with similar mechanics to Deadman mode Seasonals (as seen in Old-School RS) Where top 1000 players will be invited to re-play in a more competititve environment
- Not part of the actual game and will be contolling a maxxes out version of your character.
- There will be in-game rewards
- Last Man standing will get both an in game and IRL reward

Group Ironman Mode
- Brand new accounts
- Can trade, fight, and play together
- Work as a team

Various Skill reworks are coming in the next 5 years, fingers crossed they'll be for us too

Group Ironman

While being an Ironman is the ultimate challenge (beyond those crazy lvl 3 pures), it's a solitary life, never able to run those 5 man dungeons or join in with boss fights. Well now, you'll be able to! Make some brand-new accounts and get together with your iron mates, working as a team, able to interact fully with each other - trading, playing, fighting and socialising to your heart's content.

So that's all content we've got in development right now – updates you can expect to see in the next 6 months. No empty promises. This is real, actual content you'll be playing with very soon.
