New upcoming updates to F2P!

Hey guys,

I've just heard, it's on Reddit, Discord, and the Runescape forums that we will be getting a few snazzy ninja updates! Hooray for us, here's an excerpt from Mod Shauny's Reddit post:

Ninja free-to-play changes

Free players can now ask Wizard Jalarast in the Wizards' Tower to make splitbark armour with the correct ingredients.
Hollow bark, fine cloth, and snake skin/hide are now tradeable by free players.
Splitbark armour is now equippable and tradeable by free players.
Snakeskin armour, turoth boots and basilisk boots are now equippable by free players.
Crossbows and bolts up to and including rune can now be equipped by free players (unless they are locked behind members content).
A larger variety of combat abilities have been made available to use on free worlds.
Free players may now use the price checker to check prices of members items.

In addition, there are also a few changes to the chatbox options, yet another Dungoneering improvement, and finally the chat dividers for our Friends' chat list and your own Friends' lists will be fixed to prevent squishing of players' names!

Particularly pleased they're fixing the name squishing, that was really bugging me! (Pun totally intended.)

So, the splitbark armour, I'm assuming the ingredients won't be obtainable for f2p iron players to make it?

I doubt it, which is unfortunate... but the prospect of the surge ability in f2p excites me!
